To create a memorable and interactive experience for Regional Leadership attendees,
Using Havas Chicago’s in-house artist, Lefty, we custom-branded the stage and had interactive art installations throughout the three day event.
we proposed to add a custom
"Chicago" touch to every activity.
Guests were treated to a VIP experience for the Chicago Cubs game. Private transportation in Chicago’s famous trollies were provided. Upon arrival, guests were escorted to a private viewing deck to watch the game.
The 200 attendees were treated to a private seated dinner at a high-end steak house, "Swift & Sons". Custom designed menus and décor were placed around the restaurant. After the dinner, guests were escorted to a speakeasy, "The Blind Barber", for drinks and dancing.
Besides the entertainment and the staging, we produced the three day conference within the Havas Chicago offices within a strict timeline, proper presentation screens, lighting and sound for countless keynote speakers.
