Our challenge
Every March, Exxon Mobil welcomes
20 journalists and 150 global analysts to the NY Stock Exchange,
for the Global Analyst Meeting. We create and execute this annual meeting.
Solution
They discussed financial results, new business objectives and upcoming strategies for the group.
This one-day meeting event began with the Ringing of the NYSE Opening Bell by CEO Darren Woods, followed by
a three-hour formal presentation by the Global President.
The day concluded with a press conference.
Then a Q&A session with the executive committee.
